「Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at...

「My first time in a completely digital hotel. No staff anywhere. It was a little weird and i much prefer to deal with humans, however everything worked out great for me to get into my room. The room was very nice and clean with my own bathroom. The location was great, right in the middle of Plagwitz. Cafés and shopping right by the hotel. Bars and nightlife down the street. Walking along the beautiful canal. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking but it was nice to have that as an option.」
