「벌레 많다는 피드백이 반영 되었는지 방역이 너무 잘 되어 있어서 그 어떤 곳보다 쾌적하고 청결했습니다. 객실도 정비 너무 깔끔해서 머리카락 한 올 없었고 컨디션도 관리 잘 되어 있어요. 오랜만에 자연 소리 들으면서 묵을 수 있는 최고 숙소였고 레스토랑 니니 너무 맛있고, 음악 공연하는 밴드 가수는 브루노마스처럼 감미로웠습니다.」

「Excellent overall experience. The level of service was very high, comfortable and well appointed seperate bungalows set in a beautiful tropical garden. Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! 」

「Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it...

「没想到这个酒店在国内如此知名，其实地段在比较偏僻的北部，主要靠包车前往，所以千万不要只定一天哦，要多住几日才能更好的感受它的美，入住后发现70%的住客都是来自祖国的，泳池和传说中的一样美，房价和餐饮的价格都很实惠，有自己的咖啡园，所以咖啡好喝，走的时候顺便买了几包，早餐是现做的，就是量有点少，大胃王表示有点吃不饱！」

「wanna have an elephant chaufeur service right out of your window? There it is. The staff there are surprisingly friendly, room cosy and elegant, environment clean and fresh(though seeing the cute elephants pooping really funny). It is a shame that I only had one night stay there. Will definately go back and if you stay there, really make your time there! One night is really too short!」

「海边的一个酒店，我们的车子转入一条小路，然后就看到一片田地，当时心就凉了半截。进入酒店后发现酒店很精致，很有惊喜。事实证明这确实是一间很用心的酒店，服务员都很热情，大堂经理开车带我们出去溜达，还介绍好吃又便宜的饭店，那家叫什么apple的。我们出去溜达时和当地小孩照了一些照片，找不到地方冲晒，酒店的员工帮我们拿去冲晒，还答应帮我们送去给孩子们。」

「Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. 」

The Villa is very new,spacious and clean with beautiful countryside views.Near to the dolphins wharf in 10mins walk way.The kind waitress helped us to book a Great restaurant on the seaside with a awsome sea view for dinner. We saw hundreds of dolphins in the next morning,precious memory to us! Highly recommend!」
