Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton
Only downside was the pool was packed with kids. Kids were also overloaded in the Jacuzzi. Just a suggestion but most jacuzzi areas are for adults only.

Clocktower Inn Ventura
The inn is adjacent to a park where homeless spend the day — the night I was there, a drunk vagrant was having a loud conversation with an imaginary friend at 2am. Staff got him to leave after I couldn’t, but it ruined a good night’s sleep. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fine. Restaurant was closed ...
