Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach by IHG
It took us a while after our check in time to get a room (approx. 45 minutes past) but the staff were friendly and courteous and compensated us with a voucher that we could use at the hotel bar or restaurant while we waited. It was a busy travel day so the wait was understandable.

Task force had too many raids & the sketchy vibes made me & family unsafe The manager was rude, unpleasant & unprofessional bc our heat was working in two different rooms. She asked us to leave after waling up freezing all night

Palm Garden Hotel
Room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. We forgot our toothbrush and guest services brought us complimentary ones. There was plenty of parking and only $10 parking fee.
