The Post Office thought that was too long, so shortened it to Ventura, which was then adopted by the federal government. The sign tries to have it both ways.

Place was pretty kinda dirty had a dry rotted dresser and the drawers were broken on the dresser the microwave was pretty dirty and had some rust on it and the sheets had stains on them.
