"The property is nice and the staff is great. I didn’t get the room type that I reserved. I paid to be close to the pool but got put out by the parking lot. We also used them for transportation which was a total mess. They were late taking us to the cruise port and late picking us up. I would stay at the hotel again though. "

"I loved being less than a block from Cocoa Beach Pier!!!!! Room was simple but clean and super comfortable. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Great location. Great staff. Pleasantly surprised by this hotel."

"My kids loved the pool area and I loved the tiki bar by it The only thing that wasn’t enjoyable was the cost of the buffet per person and the buffet was tiny.. and that we had to pay per person for the transportation to the port that was 7 mins away .. after paying over $300 to stay at the hotel. Price gouging was definitely a thing there "

"If took a while for the staff to come to the desk to check us in. The room smelled moldy. There was very little water pressure in the shower. There was NO breakfast. But I did sleep well."

"The rooms are nice and spacious the floor I stayed on was very quiet. The beach is about a block away and the pool, hot tub and laundry facilities are at a sister hotel about a mile down the road. It was a very nice hotel as well I enjoyed the hot tub & laundry during my stay. The stuff was very friendly and nice as well. Overall was a very great stay."
