「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」

「Amazing property, location, and staff! True 5 star! Highly recommend staying here. We were here with our children age 9 and 10, they were very excited to stay in Cave hotel. 」

「All the things were great, except that the check out arrangement were terrible. The staff supposed to arrange a shuttle bus for us to go back the car park. However, the staff didn't tell us and did not answer the phone, when the shuttle is arrived. So we missed the shuttle and the outside temperature is over 35 degree , so we have to find our way back to the car park.」

La chambre se trouve dans un sassi avec une belle vue depuis la chambre. L'endroit est egalement entouré de restaurants donc facile pour les options de repas. Le petit déjeuner a un grand choix de produits différents et de qualité. Un vrai régal pour bien commencer la journée. En conclusion, un charme total à l'italienne. 」

「Wirklich mal was anderes in Stein und mit Innen-Whirlpool, Sauna sowie DampfSauna. Nur nichts für leichten Schlaf, da der Pool natürlich ständig gespült werden muss und der Abfluss laut ist. Einrichtung an sich ist sehr schön.」
