"Extremely beautiful view and unique place however they charged us for using the swimming pools which is unusual and they didn’t tell us about this when we wanted to go in, during check out we found out that we had to pay. Expedia also doesn’t mention that the pool is 18+ and my twelve year old daughter was really looking forward to it and was later distressed when we were told that it was only for adults. "

Parking is free and easy to find. The hotel picks you up and takes you into the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we needed to leave very early and they had a full breakfast ready for us and gave us a ride back to our car with no problem at all.
The location at the edge of the cliff is absolutely stunning and the views are unparalleled.
The rooms themselves are unique and very well appointed. The bathroom in our room needs to be repainted and the loft where the kids slept got very hot. But other than that we can't find a single fault with this lovely spot in a beautiful city!

"Location was so unique overlooking the Sassi . Nighttime was magical. We arrived early and Davide welcomed us; nothing was too much trouble! He arranged for us to have a coffee and custard brioche as we had missed breakfast that morning due to an early start. We could not have arrived on a better day as it was a special Festa and we were invited to see the fireworks from the balcony at 1am - front row seats!! Breakfast included a variety of Continental options. They even prepared breakfast for us on the last day, when we had to leave early.
