"This was probably the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in. The facilities were lovely, the onsen was great and the breakfast was good. But the walls were so thin, I had to move rooms and even then I was kept up all night by loud thumping. Also one side of the building faces an above ground train which you can hear every 5 minutes. I’m a really light sleeper so it made it difficult to get rest. They also charge a room change fee. Property was also far from the central parts of Sapporo (my own fault, I should have looked at a map, but it’s worth mentioning)
The staff was really kind and hard working and the convenience store in the building was great, the employees there were very great as well. But the noise issues were difficult to navigate"
