"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Hotel Ponta Delgado. The room was clean and the bed very large. The pool and hot tub is probably the hotel's greatest asset - along with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. It was a joy to stay there and very close to the town centre too. At an affordable price we were very happy to spend 5 days.
The breakfast area is very clean and we enjoyed breakfast but could do with a bit of a facelift. It has the feel of a canteen rather than hotel breakfast area and some love and attention would benefit it. We loved the pancake machine! Would have liked to take it home.
All in all a great hotel and very useful for seeing the rest of the city and the wonderful island."
