"Lovely accomodations. We utilized the in town shuttle, the social hour, the breakfast, and the pool and enjoyed it all. The bed was very comfortable. "

"Good location with stairs down to the beach. Nice sunsets. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our check in. It’s already a later than average 4pm check in at this property. Our room wasn’t ready until after 5:00. The desk staff complained to us that they had a lot of people checking out and weren’t especially interested in the fact that we were waiting. We had to wait in a long slow line twice before getting checked in. Front desk staff was un sympathetic. Overall the pool was a little on the smaller side and completely packed with families. I think this property is a good choice for families but maybe not so great for couples. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but there were basic choices available. "

"Bathroom outdated"

"The pictures online showed this hotel to be beautiful, but the room did not look like the pictures. First off the room was dark with thick shiny grey painted walls. The living room was completely separated from the bedroom by a dark creepy hallway. Neither the bedroom window or living room window would lock. I called the front desk, no one ever showed up. There was no elevator to the second floor. The room was so creepy, I felt very unsafe. I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. I will be contacting my credit card company about getting a refund for false advertisement. "
