"The staff were friendly, pleasant, and caring. I complained upon checking in about the room's cleanliness, and within 5 minutes they were inspecting the room and cleaning. The issue as I'm told many times by locals is the "some-people" who come in and stay in Santa Maria with their "excessive" party ..."
