This is the first time this has occurred using Expedia. Spoke to Jon who said, " I doubt it!" when I explained what occurred. He was rude, condescending and raised his voice. Terrible customer service. The lady who checked me it was great! Decent hotel, nothing special. Stay somewhere else, lots of options!"
