"Excellent staff and good amenities including continental breakfast, late checkout options and pool. The walls are super thin so even normal conversations next store can be heard."

"I stayed here for a mother daughter weekend. The room was clean, and very comfortable. It was great proximity to everything and the free parking was a HUGE plus!"

"Nice boutique hotel, but pictures were a bit deceiving.I️ didn’t love the peekaboo shower with glass into the bedroom. Also the sink was in the washroom. For the price I️ expected a bit more. I️ will say the location and staff was very responsive. Parking was off-site, affordable and no valet."

"loved the balcony looking over the street to the beach. Could sit out there more. room was clean and the price was great for the location. would stay again for sure. issue was checking in got there at 1:30pm and office was closed with a number to call. called number and mail box was full. I think a gentleman they hired told us to go to office of hotel in back. got there no one was around went back to other office and what i thought was a maintenance man gave us a number to call the boss. call him and he told us no one was to be at the desk until two. Question: why didn't they have a note on the door of the hotel we were staying at to tell us 2pm and where to go to get checked in. Went to lunch and all was fine after we got back and understood how and when to check in."

Pacific Crest Hotel Santa Barbara

Pacific Crest Hotel Santa Barbara

10/10 Excellent
"This is a very charming hotel. The decor surpassed my expectations and the staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful. Breakfast was the cherry on the top. We didn't use the pool bit it looked super clean as was the rest of the installation. Everything was spotless, from the linens to the bathroom and everything in the room. Kudos to the manager for keeping this place like a castle. Definitely will go back to this hotel next time we visit Santa Barbara. Oh! And the beach is a block away. Just perfect!!!"
