1. La Tenuta di Rocca Bruna Country Resort

La Tenuta di Rocca Bruna Country Resort
Tivoli
「The room was lovely. A few problems—there was only one light switch for all 5 lights, there was no coffee table nor extra chair in the ‘living rm’ space, TV orientated to the bed. A major issue was no coffee maker in the room. A difficulty with the location is that there is no transportation except very expensive taxis/Uber cars to get to Tivoli and surrounding sites.」

「The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay.」

「Communication via WhatsApp was perfect. The week we set off to Rome, I messaged to say that we were arriving late so needed a checking process. They asked for payment for tourist tax (or similar name) and then we checked in. We arrived at 10pm and we didn’t have signal to open the door via the website you’re sent. This was then resolved with the night staff coming to let us in and help. We then had an issue with no water to the whole building on Saturday. We had gone sight seeing and had been...
