The room/furnishings were tired and worn. The bathtub/shower was really high and difficult to get in and out. The shower curtain was mildewed and disgusting. Breakfast each morning was lovely. The hotel does seem to be doing some renovations- libby carpet was replaced during our stay.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful neighborhood it is in a great location. Property was mediocre but the worst things about it was the bed, it was so uncomfortable and the bath towels smelled so bad. Positive note was about the staff, they were nice and very helpful.

Stunning. Beautifully decorated, true old school italian vibes. Clean, comfortable, strong AC (it was the middle of summer for us) Perfectly polite and helpful staff - really can’t say enough nice things - can’t wait to come back.

We found the Junior suite on the ground floor noisy at night because people sat outside our room to smoke and talk until 1.30am. We raised it with the night concierge - he shrugged his shoulders. But the daytime concierge were helpful. Also we were surprised that the pool is open to the public so it was quite busy on the weekend and towel restrictions are imposed - pretty mean given the cost of the room. It's not a great position - 20 minute walk to Piazza del Popolo. The only nearby bus service had been cancelled due to roadworks. The hotel is dated and shabby. It was expensive for what you get.

Täydellinen hotellivalinta kesälle, siisti ja turvallinen ja tyylikäs hotelli, jonka uima-allasalue on Roomassa poikkeuksellisen hyvin pidetty ja siisti. Tulen varmasti toistekin! Siisteydestä myös iso plussa, ainoa miinus äänieristyksestä. Huoneesta kuuli niin kadulle kuin käytävällekin turhan selvästi

The stay was ok, not for a 9.8 rating like it says. There was an issue with the pool during our entire stay of 5 days. When we checked in on Saturday we were told the pool would be open by Monday since no one works on the weekend to do the repairs. Additionally the hotel continued not to indicate on the website that the pool was out of service.

The breakfast was excellent and the service there was excellent. Very nice pool area . The laundry was not a washer and dryer access, which we didn’t expect. Would have preferred a self service washer and dryer for our needs. Very helpful desk service. The valet was excellent.
