"The property was nice, clean, a bit outdated but nothing to complain about. I didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size and if I had time I would have used it. The room was clean, smelled clean the second I walked in. The bed was comfortable and the blankets and pillows were so comfortable! A/c worked as expected and the room had a mini fridge (no freezer), a safe, a desk with chair and a good sized tv. There was an ice machine that we used frequently and there was an elevator as well as stairs. We had breakfast 3 out of the 5 days we stayed and it was good and saved us money on buying breakfast. There was a good variety of stuff to choose from to eat as well as drink. 10/10!"

"Clean room. We did have to ask for our room to be tidy and beds made. If not, im not sure if that would just be done. But I believe that is a preference. Also the amount of towels was nice but some were questionable so we just used what we could. Not necessarily bad service but it may be time for some new towels. Other than that...the staff was so kind, breakfast was exactly what you need. Theres something for everyone. It's meant to be simple breakfast, grab and go. They did that well. Thank you for making our stay pleasurable! "

"Tried to check in at 12:45 told our room was ready but we would have to pay $25 early check in fee. Have stayed at 2 different Florida hotels while on this vacation and never had this happen.Actually checked in at 11 am at a prior hotel no problem. Why say you’re room is ready but you can’t check in with out paying $25 extra?"
