"They gave us a room where people were already staying in it. Never felt so unsafe on a property, how do you give access to someone else’s room so easily to strangers? It also smelled horrible and staff was unhelpful. More concerned about a baseball game on the tv."

"My husband, 5 year old and I stayed one night after leaving Disney World in order to catch our morning flight the following morning. Staff was super helpful and friendly. There is a large back patio area for smokers - smoking is not allowed anywhere else on the property; breakfast was honestly pretty good and we greatly appreciated the airport shuttle. A surprisingly pleasant experience!"

"The Kleenex holder in the bathroom had not been cleaned in a while. I ran my finger across it and left a big line through the dust. There was a black ring around the top of toilet bowl. Bottom shelves of storage in bathroom had not been dusted in a long time. Again, I could run my finger thru the dust. Those few things made me feel uncomfortable in the entire room. "
