"Staff was very friendly and super helpful and accommodating to our situation. The property is clean and in a great location. While we were there we attended a memorial dinner in their banquet roll and the food was delicious "

"Room & bathroom were dirty! Shower curtain had holes. Shower had brown all around . Two Towles for a 4 person room. The beds are full size not queen. The staff at the front desk were flat out rude at check in. Could not even tell us how to get to our room and charges us $100 more than what was originally quoted. "

"Airport shuttle was slow. We mentioned that the jacuzzi was cold the day we arrived. When we left the next morning at 10, it was still cold. They said they didn't have time to change the filter. Went down for breakfast three times and each time found there were no plates or silverware and coffee carafes were empty. They said they had to wash them by hand and brought them out 4 clean plates at a time and then we had to wait again for the food that had run out. I'm not making this up or exaggerating. I've never seen anything like this before."
