「飯店舊又髒，櫃台人員完全無法提供任何協助，只會說不知道。住宿時以現金支付住房費，但忘記要求收據，飯店也沒有主動給收據，回來之後發現信用卡上再次收了住房費，損失美金180元。透過Hotel.com交涉，只回答不知道....絕對不會再入住。」

「me and my boyfriend went to portland for 2 days and the extended stay america suite was perfect. very quiet and relaxing. room was exactly what the pictures online showed. they make it as homey as possible. including a fridge, a stove/oven, a microwave , a sink, a queen size bed, a nice bathroom and a nice view from our room. would 100% recommend to anyone not from around the area. very comfortable and great!!」

「This is a garbage hotel. 179 a day. I stayed for three days. On the last day. I saw a bug in the shower room. One in the washbasin. Two on the bed. My day was very disgusting. I slept on the sofa this night .What's worse.I complained.The person seems to know this phenomenon.Just pretend it's nothing.My God.I will never go to this hotel again」

「Check in was quick and easy and the employees were friendly. Matt went above and beyond to retrieve some things for us that we had left in the room and was really kind and patient with me when I called to ask him to look for them in our rooms! Thanks for that and for a great stay!」
