「The property and the amenities and the staff were all excellent!! Only thing I didn’t like was all the added expenses, was charged for parking everyday and there was a daily resort fee on top of already paying for the room itself. Would highly recommend this resort, just be aware of $200 daily upfront fee for security deposit at check in!」

「The room was dirty , the initial front desk secretary had no idea what she was doing , said she was new and overcharged me. Told me to fix it in the morning when someone was at work that knew the correct prices. The “bartender” was on a personal call on speakerphone instead of serving guests. When you walked up to the bar she said “we’re out of everything except soda “ before you said anything to her. The manager on site was helpful the next morning when I got the charges sorted but the damage...

「Our room was not ready until 6 pm despite a 4 pm check in time and the front desk was incredibly unhelpful. The only friendly staff all week were the bartenders at the tiki bar. Front desk, housekeeping, grounds, wait staff were all generally unfriendly and didn’t even make eye contact or respond to “hello” or “good morning.” The pictures on website are well done...the property is not as nice in person.
