「The room was clean and in good condition. The towels were super soft, and the bed was nice. Good outlet access and decent TV streaming options. The AC didn’t reach the sofa front room properly and tended to be much warmer than the room with the king bed. During the stay, there were several times the water was shut off without warning for maintenance and I had to call front desk to find out why. Lobby and hallways were always uncomfortably warm. Breakfast is bare bones - the cream cheese provided...

「Overall the hotel was pretty good. They have tesla charger on side, which is convenient. On the bad side: the bedding and pillows were not good. The sheets were synthetic and pillows had some filling (foam pillets or something like that) that doesn't provide proper support.」

「The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.」
