「The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. 「位於市區正中心，對面就有麥當勞，還有多處大型購物中心及便利商店，地理位置極佳，購物中心內還有附設美食街。雖說到處都有ABC便利商店，但是大型購物中心內的Target商店物價更親民，幸運的是，飯店附近就有。除了夜晚時會有小蟑螂爬出外，一切都還滿意，如果能消毒清潔，不再有小小強出現，此飯店將接近完美。最後，建議增設快煮壺，會更方便顧客。」

「在这里住了3晚，整体来说，这个公寓只是整座楼的少数几间房间而已。房间服务不是很理想，房间整体较为老旧，住宿设施、厨房设备都陈旧。但这个公寓胜在位置很好，且性价比很高，全家出游，又要节省费用，真的是很好的选择。」
