"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

The property is on the fifth floor and the lift is small and old but it works perfectly fine and we had no issues with it. The room was light and airy with a huge window. "The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Thank you to StarHotels Terminus for a wonderful stay! "

"The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples."
