「This was the best hotel I've probably ever stayed at. The service alone and all of the staff members were impeccable, and the concierge had the best recommendations for us and arranged our dinner reservations on our behalf, which were perfect. Big shoutout to Nicola at the front desk! The design of the hotel was absolutely beautiful, whoever was in charge of the renovations did a fabulous job, and the location was super convenient and safe. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying here...

「This is a beautiful modern hotel that is very centrally located. It is an easy 10 minute walk to San Marco square, and there are lots of great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Water taxis pick up and drop off directly at the hotel. The rooms are quiet, clean, modern, very well appointed and have comfortable beds. 「這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre.
