"We were so excited to arrive to this beautiful, authentic, and welcoming resort. This was our first time visiting, everyone was very friendly. Our room was perfect hot water, cool temps, fresh sheets. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Paulino and Randy. Leaving this great resort was heartbreaking as these two took such great care of us!! I never once felt pressured to tip anyone and they were over the moon grateful when we did! The staff went over and beyond to ensure our comfortability and to accommodate us....
