The only reason I didn’t give the stay a 5 star rating was that the room felt a little warm, even though I set the AC way down. "Super friendly staff and all of them very helpful, helped with directions to the Ducati museum, which bus to take downtown, selling bus tickets in the lobby and the morning cappuccinos! Very quiet and beds were perfectly firm. Location was very good for our activities and there was a very good restaurant nearby. Since the Ducati factory was closed so we couldn't take that tour we are obviously coming back and will stay here again for sure. Oh yeah, breakfast was very good too!"

"The side street the hotel is on is sketchy especially at night. It’s only one block and then a nice area but the staff here went out of their way to make our stay even better. Very welcoming, had a great list of amazing restaurants close by at all price ranges. Made sure we got back from an excursion and breakfast was amazing. The beds were pretty hard which is why the 4 stars but honestly we would stay here again. The people made the difference. "
