「The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. 」

「The property was great and location is in the heart of the Brera district with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping just downstairs. The property manager helped us out when we were in a pinch and was always available via whatsapp. Great property. 」

「the location is near the tram station, only 15 mins walk to Duomo di Milano. Room was very tidy and clean, served with bathrobe and slippers. Also, interior design of the room was impressive. Staffs were nice and helpful. Highly recommend others to choose the hotel when they visit milan.」

「The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the...

「Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport. 」
