「The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. 「This hotel has a very good customer service of the reception staff, so I even want to extend my stay at the beginning. However the hotel facility maintainace by the owners side is very disappointing. The bath tub have the water flows out.
