「Polite and helpful staff. Delicious dinner at their restaurant. You can walk to the plaza, churches, and museums. Make sure to bring your raincoat or umbrella. It's beautiful and full of history, both the hotel and the city. My bathroom was a little tight, but it worked for me. You can request a mini fridge according to what I read. I didn't need to do so since my stay was short. Lots of TV channels in Spanish and English. Don't miss Museo Amparo while you are in Puebla. It's a...

「Great location, clean, quiet, beautiful place and great view」

「Ok」

「Its a great hotel. Great location.」

「El recepcionista de la noche muy amable.」

「The room was excellent, great location, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with excellent attention. I would be great that hotel offered dinner option.」

「Buen lugar para hospedarse. Bien ubicado, cómodo, con todos los servicios」

「HOTEL ANDANTE EN PUEBLA. TERRIBLE. 1. Gastos ocultos.

「Room was clean and spacious. The only complaint was the room was right in front of the restaurant/lobby. You could hear people walking across the hall, people talking at the lobby and people starting making noises while having breakfast as early as 6 am. Couldn’t rest comfortably. Parking is not onsite and you need to pick it up from the parking lot. You need to leave car keys with parking lot attendant. Feeling unsafe leaving personal property inside the car」
