「Es un hotel muy bonito pero con algunos años ya. El personal es muy amable. El baño es algo incómodo ya que el wc está muy pegado a la pared. Si llevas auto no puedes estacionarlo directamente, tienes que dejarlo en el valet en todo momento y si tienes prisa resulta algo incómodo」

「When I arrived hotel at evening the reception staff told me I have breakfast included in the rates but this morning I had breakfast I asked by hotel need to pay. I know my breakfast do not included in the rate so when I heard the check in staff said so I thought because I am gold member so they give me some benefit. I told the manager it is their staff mistake but they just want me to pay, in addition, my room also located in a very bad floor which is near machine so I heard noise whole night....

「La ubicación es excelente, el hotel está bien cuidado. El desayuno podría estar disponible desde las 6:30 como en otros hoteles. Falta algo de variedad en el desayuno comparado con otros NH en los que he estado.」

「The hotel was short of housekeeping staff, for this reason they were cleaning my room around 6 pm. Totally unacceptable, the breakfast buffet is ok but you may consider going to Solesta for the same price with better food. 」

「The hotel is in a very good location near the cathedral. The facility is new and staff service is very good. This is the first hotel I am satisfied in Mexico during my one week travel which among all the hotels I been booked four points of Sheraton by Marriott and Ibis from Accor hotels. Those big international chain group service all can not compared with this one. This is value for money hotel. Highly recommended. 」
