"Se callo el lavamanos a 3 am y fue un susto solo fueron a cambiarnos y no ofrecieron nada por lo sucedido"

"La ducha del baño no tenía aspersor (parecía tenerlo pero no funcionaba). Salía un chorro único no en aspersión. Además el piso de la ducha aunque estaba limpio tenía acumulación de una especie de sarro por minerales calcificados. El hotel no es nuevo pero esos dos detalles denotan falta de mantenimiento. El desayuno estaba rico, las habitaciones cómodas, el personal muy amable."

"El sábado, pasadas las 10:00 p. m., otro huésped se confundió de habitación e ingresó a la nuestra. Encontrarme sola con una menor hizo que la situación fuera particularmente angustiante y difícil. Al comunicarme con recepción, la respuesta fue fría y poco empática. En una segunda llamada, me indicaron que habían revisado las cámaras y que el otro huésped no había ingresado a la habitación, cuando en realidad había avanzado varios pasos dentro de ella. Más allá de asegurar que la habitación y la llave estaban en orden, no recibimos mayor seguimiento ni una atención acorde con la gravedad del incidente. Al día siguiente, al hacer el check-out y volver a mencionar lo sucedido, la respuesta nuevamente fue distante, limitándose a indicar que ya contaban con nuestros datos para dar seguimiento al caso. Posteriormente, mientras esperábamos nuestro transporte, una persona del equipo del hotel se acercó a conversar con nosotros y comentó que, en ocasiones, las puertas no cerraban correctamente. Agradecimos el gesto de acercarse, pero nuevamente la conversación estuvo llena de excusas en lugar de mostrar una verdadera actitud de hospitalidad y preocupación por lo ocurrido. Lamentablemente, el mal sabor de boca que nos dejó esta experiencia superó los aspectos positivos de nuestra estancia. Más que el incidente en sí, fue la falta de empatía, de responsabilidad y de un manejo adecuado de la situación lo que nos llevó a decidir que no volveremos a hospedarnos en este hotel."
