This was our second time visiting this property. We returned because the first time we had an excellent experience and this time it was just as a good or better. We did get an upgrade to the presidential suite, which was a wonderful surprise and made our stay extra special. The staff is awesome! Very friendly and always offering to help make our stay the best possible. If we return to visit Puebla, this will be my choice for our stay. Thank you to all of the Staff, you know how to treat your visitors well.

This is a beautiful historic building and we liked our room. Breakfast was only available one of the 3 nights we stayed. The dinner we had one night was very good. It's in a very nice part of town and convenient to walk to center. My biggest complaint is that they expected us to use single use plastic water bottles for all our drinking water with no way to refill them. What happened to the big jugs of drinking water in rooms? They were so much better. This appears true in much of Mexico and is an environmental nightmare. I would also have liked coffee with real milk to be available. Waiting until 8 am for the coffee shop to open was a stretch for us.
