Las instalaciones son algo viejas y les falta mantenimiento. Aunque el personal fue muy atento cuando reportamos algunos problemas con el agua caliente. La ubicación es excelente.

El hotel está en el centro eso es muy bueno, la atención es también muy buena. Las habitaciones no tanto. Se escucha absolutamente todo, la cama es muy incomoda, el baño deja mucho que desear. Traigan sus toallas, jabón y shampo.

Me pareció un hotel con buena ubicación en el centro de puebla, sin embargo. No había servicio de toallas, y me parece aberrante sabiendo que vas de viaje y lo necesitas, la tina que nos tocó donde nos bañamos estaba sucia, se quedaba el agua estancada, fue bastante incómodo. No sé si lo recomendaría.

En genetal muy bien. El único tema fue que cuando llegue a hacer el check in ( viernes 17 alrededor de las 8 ), me tardaron mas de 20 minutos ya que no les aparecia la reservacion. Fuera de ese detalle, todo muy bien.
