Best Western San Jose Island hotels

"Family trip! Hotel is in an excellent location with numerous restaurants and stores around it. You are 30 min from whitecap beach and your fishing charter. You are also 15 minutes away from Lexington and Aquarium. The only thing is the hotel is being renovated. The rooms are very nice and beds comfortable but some of the hotel rooms on first floor and fitness room still were still under construction. That being said it’s worth the price. The breakfast was very good but the lobby the clerk said weekend of the 9th will be under construction just FYI! Also the staff were very accommodating!"

"Perfect location close to everything and in walking distance. Room was fine and price was good. Only thing I would say, it was like the floor was not moped. Floor was really dirty. You dont see it until you look at the bottom of your feet and socks. It was gross. Other than than, good hotel to stay at."

"Unique and well kept and appointed classic hotel. Generous and delicious breakfast included. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking the bay. Entire family enjoyed the Palm Room restaurant and bar and the friendly service. Areas around hotel and pool filled with palm trees, plants and flowers. Very clean, spacious rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds and clean pool. Private patio or porch with nice rocking chairs. Feels like a private resort.. especially when staying on the Bayside. Very nice dock for fishing or watching the boats, birds and dolphins. Even saw a few sea turtles. Been here with family three times...will be back."

"Our stay was awesome, everything was close by and easy to get to. The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful!!!"

"Beds were clean and the cleaning service is great. They do t automatically clean so you do have to request ahead of time. Tub stopper was broken and I like to be able soak so that was a point deduction for me. Breakfast was included and has typical dry cereals, toasts, bagels, yogurt, juice, and waffles that you make yourself. The toaster didn’t work and only one waffle maker was working so if you’re ok with waiting 30-40 minutes to make waffles then you would have hot waffles. "
