Hi there, i rate 2 starts because i reserved 3 nights for a much needed vacation to this hotel needed on good reviews and it was so disappointing that 2 out of 3 nights the hotel fire alarm went off early around 730 in the morning due to kitchen cooking incidents and it woke us up and having my 2 years old baby so is a late sleeper disrupted our sleep for 2 mornings, which is one of the primary reasons been on vacation is to rest good. That didn't happened, it was very inconvenient. While doing checkout i brought it up to the service clerk who really show any concerns, no support, no accommodations no apologies, no notes for the complaints and follow ups. It was very disappointing !. I hope this message gets to the upper management to make sure more coaching get saddress and this doesn't happen in the future. Thank you.
