"The only complaint that my husband and I have is that they do not service your room. The gentleman at the counter told us that they don’t clean the rooms for two weeks (we were there for a work trip and was there Thursday- Monday). If we wanted clean bedding or clean towels, we would have to bring the dirty items down and they would swap them out for clean ones. The chair in our room was also dirty and the leather on the chair was coming off. There was something sticky on the head board and it looked like the tv hadn’t been cleaned or dusted in months. The staff was friendly though and check in was easy. "

The room was clean and comfortable, and it had useful amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. I also liked that the hotel offers free breakfast and parking, which added good value. Overall, it’s a solid and affordable place to stay if you’re visiting Jacksonville. "

"Staff was great! Check in was fast. Location was nice. The room experience was not so great. Very loud surroundings. Dogs barking all night long. Could hear others walking above and music on other side of walls. Having a pet friendly motel is a very bad idea. If someone was yelling and screaming all night, the management would be able to do something about it. But when a dog barks on and off all night, they don’t do anything. I will constantly look to see if a motel is pet friendly and never stay at one again. They took a nice motel and made it into a kennel."
