「There were spider webs on the back of the TV, one of lights over the bed was broken off, the plugs by the bed didn't work, the bed linen, wash cloths and towels had stains on them and some of the lamps didn't work」

「The shower curtain was stained and ripped, and it took an unreasonably long time for it to be replaced. The shower head was also loose and hanging out of the wall. The hotel was constantly out of towels. I requested additional towels and was told they would be sent to my room. Later, the same employee explained that the laundry had been finished, but other guests kept taking the towels, leaving them out of stock again. Unfortunately, I never received the towels I requested. The pool was dirty...

「The toilet was dirty with black gunk underneath the toilet bowl! Not enough towels. The lady at the front desk was not nice when I asked her for a room by the pool she added that you must specify if you went through a third party!」

「the guy working was great and did what he could. the building needs attention and we couldn’t even get a key for the door. ridiculous. i only rated the three because it wasn’t the fault of the front desk or employees that can do anything about it. what a terrible position to make a desk person deal with. do better.」

「The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.」

「The breakfast was amazing, the pool was amazing and at an amazing temperature. But stayed for approximately 5 days, house keeping didn’t come and do their annual check ups on the room except for 1 day.」

「The room and the property itself was good. It was clean and maintained. The only downfall or complaint was for my wife who thought that the exterior door where everybody seemed to be smoking, was covered in nicotine stains on the door handle and on the glass, she let the front desk know, and they said they would handle it.
