「The toilet was dirty with black gunk underneath the toilet bowl! Not enough towels. The lady at the front desk was not nice when I asked her for a room by the pool she added that you must specify if you went through a third party!」

「I waited 11.30 to 4pm. they had me check in late. — I got a room with 2 full beds not queens that I paid for. -No light in the room -Nobody to fix it. -roaches on the walls Left right away and they did not want to give me a refund. Really bad experience.」

「The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend.」

「The breakfast was amazing, the pool was amazing and at an amazing temperature. But stayed for approximately 5 days, house keeping didn’t come and do their annual check ups on the room except for 1 day.」

「Parking being included was the only perk. The staff was rude, the place is old and run down. The shower was dirty and held together with electric tape, water pressure was terrible. You could here the people next to you through the adjoining door all night. You could here the people behind you through the vents in the bathroom, and smell their weed...the door to the outside let in light and bugs all the way around. Breakfast was coffee and a busted juice dispenser and empty waffle batter machine...
