「Clean hotel for not being upgraded in a while- only issues were loud guest in parking lot and the WiFi is really weak」

「Was not allowed to check in. Scottish inn was happy to have another black Earlier this month Magnusson did not allow the same exact black man access They are literally next door to each other. They are literally owned and managed by the same group ...Similar to black and white water fountains. I am truly hurt」

「Carpets in room feel very sticky and dirty under my bare feet. Carpets should be deep cleaned. Beds are hard as rocks and need to be replaced with something after and more comfortable. 」

「The entire property is filthy. The pictures on Expedia are not the actual hotel. The pool and hot tub are filled with trash. And the room smells like smoke and urine. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting your property be in this condition.」

「Room had no blankets or towels. Barely used a sink, and it was already clogged.A four was warped, it may add roach catchers out. I had to use my jacket to cover up.」

「Shouldn’t have carpet in an animal friendly hotel. Staffs dog peed on the floor next to me, the dog smell was horrendous in the lobby. 」

「Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. 」

「The fridge in my room was stained like it had not been cleaned well or for a long time. The bathroom vent was very dusty and very loud. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were thin as well. I heard the neighbors' whole conversation the night I stood there. 」

「It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!」

「The room I stayed in was not well taken care of. The bathtub was dirty and the paint was pealing. Exterior was dirty and had cigarette buds all over. I had no issues with keeping my dog in the room with me. 」
