「Clean hotel for not being upgraded in a while- only issues were loud guest in parking lot and the WiFi is really weak」

「Carpets in room feel very sticky and dirty under my bare feet. Carpets should be deep cleaned. Beds are hard as rocks and need to be replaced with something after and more comfortable. 」

「Absolute misrepresentation of what the pictures look like or the acclaimed 4-Star hotel classification. The entire property is old and could use a total renovation (particularly the scary-old elevators). Rooms are tiny and look so old as well. The restroom sink is outdated in size and style (a tiny flat surface sink with a wooden bottom stand with doors) and also had a bad smell. 「Room had no blankets or towels. Barely used a sink, and it was already clogged.A four was warped, it may add roach catchers out. I had to use my jacket to cover up.」

「Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. 」

「The staff were friendly, and thats just about it. The whole place was very run down. The rooms appeared "clean" upon first entry, but after looking closely they were absolutely not. The faucets in the shower and sink had so much build up on them, the shower head was coming away from the wall, all of the towels had someone else's red hair all over them. The bed cover had a cigarette burn. The bathroom door was covered in black grease stains front and back, and my daughter's socks turned...

「It was a great experience for my children and I bc this house was / used to be my family home…. My great grandparents home where my grandfather and other family members grew up and we had lots of family holidays!! It was wonderful to share that with my own children! Thank you!!」
