「I would stay again clean and tidy the staff was great for help 」

「Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. 」

「Wir haben das Hotel für Anreise und Abreise gebucht. 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Man kann dieses Hotel für länger nutzen. Pool vorhanden und der Atlantik ist Zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir fanden dieses Hotel sehr gut.」

「The hotel is great in general. Showers will need some upgrading. Very close to the airport. Lovely staff except for one female at the reception. Dinner Buffet changes theme daily which is good. Quiet and nice crowd. Bonus point goes to the activities such as bingo at 5 pm. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
