"Off the plane a bus to San Isidro then a taxi to the apartment. I arrived at 9.30pm and was greeted by the owner. Shown everything then bought milk etc at a local shop then for a pint of beer at bar 2 minutes from the shop. Nothing to do in this area, but bus to Los Cristianos/ Las Américas 10 minutes down the hill, Also another bus to a local beach from the same stop. "Such a nice stay in this small city by the sea. You're only 15 mins drive car from the airport and main touristic cities like Los Cristianos, but in a quiet environment, so it's really convenient if you have a car. The room is small, but comfy, with a nice ensuite bathroom. The communal lounge is perfect for breakfast or just chill out. But I recommend going on the rooftop terrace on nice weather day to enjoy your breakfast or just sunbathing."

"Great family hotel, kids club and the entertainment team are up there with the best. Restaurants are decent as the buffet like most can be a bit hectic ant busy times and same same, but still better than most. Kids had a fab time and the hotel is clean and modern and as per the pictures, it’s amazing in the day and it’s even more magical in the night time when it’s all lit up. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, especially ‘The Retreat’ if you’re travelling as adults only. Our pool was generally very quiet and the service poolside was great - the tapas for lunch at Mirador was also a lovely addition, again with great staff and service. The little touches in our room for birthdays and our wedding anniversary was so nice, plus at our evening meals. Thank you again to all of the wonderful staff for making this such a memorable trip! "Fantastic holiday. Complex clean, staff all friendly and plenty of restaurants within a max 20 min walk away. We stayed 12 days and didn’t eat at the same place twice. We managed the walk to los abrigos in 15 minutes with a 7&10 year old. We used taxis for beach days, water park and money world. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate and plenty of space. 2 bathrooms, aircon throughout and a lovely sea view. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and already looking at next year! "
