「I would stay again clean and tidy the staff was great for help 」

「* Cheap accommodation * Very quiet in the back streets of Los Cris * Prime Location/Many restaurants etc Pleasent Landlady, cleaner was polite and professional. Perfect for price. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「The staff are excellent and were always ready to help. The room was lovely and quiet looking out over the village. We got back from a days walking to sit on the terrace overlooking the valley with a beer, pure heaven. Breakfast was good and parking was never an issue onsite. It’s a steep walk down into the village but the hotel location gives it superb views. 」

「Simple room, pleasantly decorated. Lovely quiet location. Fridge was a bonus. Free car parking is always a bonus in Tenerife. 」

「The room had a fridge, which I initially thought was a bonus, but it was so noisy that we had to switch it off during the night. The air con was good. There's a communal room with a kettle and microwave. Opposite the hotel, there's a big supermarket and a bus stop. On the seafront, a few metres away, there are plenty of restaurants. 」

「Great stay at the facility. The room was an 8 out of 10, mainly because you can tell it has been used for some time. Breakfast was included and it was great—thank you to the chefs and staff. Overall, the location is nice and it’s a lovely place for people who enjoy walking and exploring.」
