Gorgeous hotel. Spotless rooms and shared spaces. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Pool is stunning. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the big hill back up from the beach which is quite a hike. Only suggestion would be to have a regular bus going up and down the hill to the front, say every 30 minutes. There is a bus every hour but it goes straight to Playa Las Americas which is a fairway away to walk back to the hotel. Other than that brilliant place to stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing spacious room 2 balcony front and back bed mattress was perfect for my liking bit firm not so soft slept amazing. Quiet over night not noisy from street or surrounding. Breakfast had good variety. Will definitely stay again.

Really nice hotel when I was able to check in at 17:00 it was quick and easy. Room was nice and spacious and very clean. Lovely pool area and the lifeguard was great with my young daughter

It’s a lovely clean quiet complex. It’s at the top of a hill so the walk up can be challenging but the views once you get there are great. Make sure you get an ocean view room.

Lovely place to stay, I will be back here for sure, It’s a great workout getting too and from but the hills and steps add to the laughs of the holiday. The area in general is fantastic Los Chris is my preferred area, local bars and Restaurants, Hoping to be back very soon.

Good value. On edge of los Cristian is so nice and quiet and high up for nice views of sunset. Great staff. Not particularly modern but comfy and very spacious.

Stayed here quite a few times and it’s a good location and overall good property. The room we had this time was quite noisy, and probably could do with an upgrade. Life guard Victor is an absolute superstar.

When we got to the hotel we were quite early for check in but we were allowed to put our luggage away and enjoy the pool whilst we waited! The lady on the reception desk was really polite and helpful. When we later checked in for our room it was fantastic! We stayed in the family suite and it was wonderful! I've never seen a hotel room like it. We could have lived there! The hotel was clean which is the only thing we require. We only stayed one night as we did a weekend trip, but my daughter is already asking to go back to do a week there!

lovely aparthotel, heated pool. Victor the pool lifeguard was the star of the hotel. He could not help enough. The rest of staff were helpful and friendly. Note it is a steep hill about 20minutes to the beach. Hourly transport provided can fill up, but only 5-7 euros by taxi. Supermarket on the corner very useful and decent prices

Great time at Beverly Hills Heights

Fabulous holiday at Beverly Hills Heights, great 1 bed apartment. Reception staff very friendly, esp Marian. Great that you can use any of the 3 pools at Hollywood Mirage and Heights, as the Heights pool area is a little quiet for us. Had a minor maintainance issue which was sorted within an hour, brilliant !!

Great place with a beautiful location, super view of Los Cristianos. Very friendly reception, all employees and pool guards. The hotel provides access to a restaurant and bar, 3 swimming pools, 3 children's pools, a fitness room, 2 squash halls and a spa department. Good atmosphere throughout the facility, various activities you can participate in during the day and evening but quiet at night during the period we stayed there in January until February. The room we stayed in had a large bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, nice living room and well-equipped kitchen. Great terrace with access from the living room and bedroom. Great cleaning and change of towels every 3 days. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, shops and a number of restaurants in close proximity. Can be recommended!

Very Disappointing.

We have stayed at this resort for over 20 years and noticed a marked decline. The resort has gone from a 4 start to a 2 star.. We booked a premium room and got a tired room in need of renovations. The next room was no better it needed a deep clean. One day they had no hand towels. The smell was stale and a strong smell from drains. Regrettably I would not recommend this resort. The only positive was the staff all friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 6 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but that means it is quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts below. Probably not a hotel for anyone who struggles with mobility. Check in was ok, emailed in advance to advise we were arriving before 5pm check in and ask for a specific grade of room which we had paid for. Arrived at 2pm but didn’t get a room until 5pm The hotel has everything you would want within its own and the adjoining sister hotel (Hollywood Miarge). Rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. They are a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is an hourly bus down to the resort (and back again). No evening facilities at this hotel but lots to do at the sister hotel next door. Would recommend but needs a facelift.
