Stayed for two night and had an Amazing experience with staff. Loved that the hotel was dog friendly and provided what I needed for my pups stay! Overall had a wonderful experience and a plus was there amazing bedding with European duvets which provided extra comfort with my stay !

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING HOTEL!!! THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO STAY IN DOWNTOWN SAN FRANCISCO! THE VALUE YOU RECEIVE FOR THE PRICE IS UNMATCHED. There are so many details & amenities to enjoy and the location is wonderful! We were able to walk to several restaurants, bars, and places to shop. The best part of this hotel is their top-notch hospitality, luxurious decor, and customer service (especially from our favorite front desk attendant BRIAN!!) We will definitely be staying here again, since we cant afford the $7M real estate!!!

I had a 1 night stay for a business trip. Facility is clean and bed is comfortable. There were some homelessness but it didn’t bother me since the front doors are securely lock with buzz entrance. I will definitely come back.

Wow, staff outside themselves - from reservation desk Ryan to hotel supervisor Yesha to front desk Arnold, each were friendly and helpful, making our anniversary stay memorable. The Drama Queen room was the perfect size and shape for us -- beautifully appointed. Though they had no room package for our celebration, they set up all the fixins' I brought -- roses, champagne, chocolates, and strawberries. They made a special heart out of towels on the bed and scattered rose petals around the room. Thank you, loved it all!

Everything was so amazing staff it was so clean everyone was so friendly. We only had one problem the location i wish someone would have warned us about the homeless i get it everyone goes thu something we helped a few folks but staff should have told us or someone should have. Just a heads up don't walk outside after midnight just protect yourself and to be honest keep ur head on a swivel at night.

Great place to stay

My husband and I planned a little weekend get away and Staypineapple was the perfect place to stay. It was so comfy, the rooms were super clean, the staff were all so nice and hospitable. We will definitely be staying there again.

The carpet in the hotel hallways and rooms smells... and it was not pleasant. I aired out the room the best I could and it was tolerable but I wouldn't want to stay again. The staff were pleasant, no issues there. Also, the area surrounding the hotel is really not nice.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very thoughtful touches of the hotel branding and really enjoyable stay. The location is good because you are in the cuty center but there are SO MANY homeless people around.
