「Poor communication to enter the property, had to wait outside for 10 minutes in the night. The owner eventually came to open the door, but calls and text were not answered. The owner was very nice and once inside was responsive to texts. The room was very pretty as well. 」

The restaurant was good, nice menu options, people was friendly, AC in the room work good all day, rooms were cleaned in the morning, not sure if WiFi is provided but was not offered and I did not asked. 「The location is nice and quiet, with lovely restaurants around and beautiful views of the lake. The property itself is stunning, and is fantastic value for money. The walk into town is actually quite nice, or you can easily grab a tuc tuc if in a rush. My only suggestions for improvement are that it was quite difficult to contact the host using the number provided through Expedia; however, there was a number on the door when I arrived which proved much more fruitful. 「Very attractive location and kind staff BUT….little privacy as the drapes were too narrow, quite noisy, towels didn’t feel fresh and worst of all all used toilet paper and female products had to be put in an open container near the toilet. Totally disgusting」

「Lovely hotel! We used the kayaks and it was beautiful! The water in San Lucas was very clean! There's not much to do in the town but the hotel made it soo nice to be in. The kids loved the pool! The free breakfast is absolutely delicious!! Makes it all worth it! Our room had 2 queen beds and with 2 kids it was really tight. We couldn't leave our luggage open bc there wouldnt be any space to walk. Overall, I would go back.」
