「A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.」

「The hotel offers very good accommodation conditions, we are not talking about luxury, we are talking about functionality. We didn't feel like we were missing anything even for a moment. One recommendation: a little diversity at breakfast would not hurt.」

「Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. 「 Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.」

「Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. 」
