Nice location but poor service

The vacation village is located in a nice forest - it is really a cool place to be. However much more can be desired in terms of room cleanness and services. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleanned and our towels never replaced.

Absolute Katastrophe das Hotel. Vor der Reise nicht erreichbar, keine Antworten auf unsere Anfragen. Beim Checkin falsche Zimmer bekommen. Für 7 Personen, nur 6 Betten. Kein Entgegenkommen der Rezeption, es gab eine Klappcouch, die man hätte beziehen können. lapidare Auskunft: wir sind ausgebucht, sie können ihr Geld zurück haben. Peaceful Location and Great Food but Poor Value

The location was inaccurate on Google Maps - it showed the accommodation at the edge of Borovets, but it is actually 1.2 km away. Half of the light bulbs in the chalet had blown. Furniture was tired and damaged. Carpet was badly worn. Option to pre-purchase breakfast is twice the price of paying on-site. Atmosphere on site was very nice. The restaurant exceeded expectations with very tasty food at reasonable prices, good service, and decent nalivana vino. Nice, peaceful location in the forest, but again, we were expecting to be walking distance to the centre of Borovets. At >80 Euros per night it doesn't represent good value for money. 80ЛВ is a more realistic price.

The Villas were nice and warm and the location was great. The personnel were very nice, polite and helpful ( unlike other places in Bulgaria where I have had to deal with impolite personnel). Areas for improvement are that they need more utensils, better refrigerator ( it froze our tomatoes and cheese), a stove and a door in between the small room and the main room ( for more privacy).

Very very very disappointed with half board, extremely ..there was a very limited menu, chicken,cheese or meatballs ..same menu every day ..yet local guests were arriving and having entirely different meals with bread so I’m still puzzled how this worked ? I requested some bread and was charged for it .. The restaurant seemed confused that we had arrived..starter, main and dessert all served at the same time ? So it was as if they wanted us to leave as soon as possible , It was very basic ..the dessert menu again was very limited ..fruit choice was literally a banana kiwi and orange Breakfast was very disappointing..they couldn’t serve coffee ..just a very small expresso..no choice whatsoever ..set platter of cheese tomatoes and salami..So although we paid for 4 people we only went once for breakfast and the children never at a thing ..the door had a sign stating buffet ? But there was no buffet morning or evening I paid quite a lot for half board and it was my worst experience in all the restaurants we visited Such a shame as the property was lovely but it’s left me feeling really ripped off I welcome a reply from the property as what we paid for half board did not represent what we were offered

The property location is very beautiful, but the “house” is very small (we were 3 adults and 1 teenager) even we had suite house. The bath and the toilet were not so clean - smelled bad. The breakfast very small and not enough. Wifi not stable.

We went to this place for one night. We were 4 adult, and 1 infant. When i got in to the house i saw that there is no baby cot. I was mention it when i made my reservation. The villa was on near the entrance, where is the road. I told the receptionist to change the villa and give me a babycot. She changed the villa and gave me a babycot. Everething else was ok, we had a great weekend.
