Das Zimmer ist zwar etwas lieblos für fünf Sterne und hat viele leere weisse Flächen (keine Bilder, etc), aber es ist doch gut eingerichtet. Das Hauptproblem in diesem Hotel ist der Umgang mit Vegetariern und Familien mit Kindern. Da gibt es massive Defizite, sei es in den Themen Pool und Angebot in Gastronomie. So wie ich die Reaktionen jedoch vor Ort und per Mail erlebt habe, kratzt das dort niemanden und deshalb würde ich nicht wieder kommen und weiter Umsatz generieren.

Some furnishings and surfaces in the room need to be updated (e.g., stained/old towels, scratched floors and walls). The shower doesn’t have an actual fixed shower head, just a handheld one which made showering really difficult. Rooms were noisy at night — even on a Monday night — you could hear talking and furniture moving and walking in the next room. My room was also by a service elevator which made the situation much worse. But the staff were so lovely and helped me as much as they could.
