Loved that the hotel had a heated pool and spa which i used twice..Ayu did a fantastic maassage. Breakfast was great as was the location. If was to go back to Sofia, id stay here again for sure .

Great hotel - free pool and gym

Great hotel. The building itself is a little dated, but it's clean and the service was great. The swimming pool and gym are brilliant - and free !!!. Very convenient to the main railway and bus stations. About a 20 min walk to the very centre of the city.

Recommend for business trip

Very nice hotel with a semi olypic pool 25mtr by 12.5mtr. Depth 1.4m to 1.8m and water temperature at 29°C. Amazing for swimmers. Room service is fast however some more option for vegetarian would be good. Parking has always space available.

The best in long time

I travel a lot and it is long time I could say I was 100 prosent satisfied.I hade newly redecorated room,staff was friendly,breakfast was good.The swimming pool and SPA excellent.Specially the size of the swimming pool.Topp location.Next time I am staying there,that is sure!

Terrible smell of smoke in the room (suposed to be non smoking) 2 days to get soap refill (after asking even though bottles were empty on the shower floor) Location is not the perfect one Good swimming pool and gym (having a water fountain would definitively be a plus) Why can't we charge the room for massage ?? It was a very short walk from the train station. And the hotel has an attached casino which serves free drinks and dinner if you opt to make the free casino card (for which you have to provide your passport). Also the breakfast buffet has a very nice spread with a pancake making machine (not the single ones that are found in US, but more like a robot that churned out mini pancakes). Received two complimentary bottles of water as well. It was an easy walk from the hotel to Serdika.

The main problem with this property was the smell of smoke coming from the Casino, better ventilation is urgently needed. Rooms need updating. Good breakfast options. Staff on reception were helpful however we had a very unpleasant encounter by one of the staff. The SPA facility was great. I am unsure how this hotel has 4 stars!

Very good hotel for business stay!

Amazing spa, gym. the hotel has a semi-olympic swimming pool (25mtr) with 4 large lines. All equipment available (flippers, boards,....). Recommend for swimmers (open at 7:00 morning time). Staff from the reception is extremelly helpful and polite. Good breakast. Room service would need a little bit more choice

Good communication from the manager to ensure that tickets for our ongoing train journey arrived safely. They were handed to us on arrival at the hotel. The hotel was average but as we got a good rate - I guess reasonable value for price paid. Most distressing thing was the power lead for the kettle which had exposed live wire - could have led to a nasty shock if I hadn't spotted it. It was pointed out to the staff who I hope have now replaced it
