「Nice view from room, services was good but cleanliness of guest room has to be improved. Found coffe left at the teapot without cleaning and dusty. The breakfast was great and food at the Italian restaurant was great!」

「Rooms are wonderful and spacious. Skyline Sushi on the 13th floor offers some of the best sushi in all of Amman. Hotel is conveniently close to Abdali Mall and the staff was friendly and hospitable. 」

「At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman. 」

From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. Check in was smooth, and every interaction with the front desk felt friendly and well handled. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm, elegant, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Security is clearly taken seriously and that added a lot of peace of mind...
