Pros: Excellent location. Great restaurant. Very friendly and professional staff. Secure, free parking available. Cons: Hot water at the shower wasn’t working. Cleaning standards need improvement. No minibar available in the room. Overall, it was a good stay, but better attention to detail in cleanliness would be appreciated.

Great hotel with nice rooftop pool and very confortable rooms at a decent price. Only small issue was with the music slightly to loud on the roof but fortunately it stops at midnight. The rest was perfection, including an amazing ncredibly helpful staff.

This is a newer property in a bit of the outskirts, it's 35 minutes from Amman airport. The rooms are super nice but very small, which I didn't mind. That means that the rooms are also very close to each other, so my I could really hear my neighbor and his Bollywood movie. The area, although safe, did not seem to have a lot of walkable tourist things to do. The in-room dining service was amazing, I had the best chicken and veggies meal of my life for only $14.

Even my room was on the ninth floor. It was noisy during the day there is major constructions next to the Hotel. Access to the lounge on the fifth floor is limited to couples. No single men allowed even if you’re staying here. But they told me they could do the exception for me. Lol I didn’t go even though I’m staying here for 13 nights.

It's a great hotel. If anything, it's a bit removed from downtown, but Ubers are easy and pretty cheap.
