Super Clean, Modern & Stunning 100% Recommend

An Incredible Luxury Hotel, friendly, warm, kind and very helpful staff. The hotel is beautifully decorated, modern and contemporary furnishings throughout. G-Hotel is sparkling clean and smells absolutely fantastic. I received an outstanding service from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the porter and taken to reception, fantastic service from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing too on both days of my stay. I will 100% recommend this place and I will definitely be back. I really and truly had a lovely time during my stay there.

Excellence at its best, A hidden Gem.

I'm quite stunned, its a little gem hidden in a quite area. Firstly, a great shout out to all the staff, especially the Valet man and Ms Batool, also the kind butler. It was a warm welcoming.The rooms are spacious and VERY clean, spottless rooms. Its newly renovated spectacularly The beds are comfy including the bedding. Lovely snuggling pillows with comforters.. It was a lovely room to snuggle up. Windows open full, one can feel the early fresh air breeze. Washrooms have walk in showers with side glass, well maintained. The most important thing was the maintenance, no clogged drains, every bathroom comes with a bidet, lovely clean spotless basins, nice size toilets with a high flush, the hot water switch is right beside the bathroom light switch, which keeps the water running hot.. 24/7 The breakfast is super light and healthy not to extravagant, cooked well, and yummy! With a variety of portions.. Nice dining area including the outdoor cafe area. Everything has a unique touch to this hotel. On the other hand, residing at three separate 5 star hotels, InterContinental hotel was a complete distaster.. so was the next one but, coming to the 5 star at the dead sea they were stunningly clean, and service was up to date, just as the G hotel. Very well trained staff always smiling and happy to help. I extended my stay at this hotel, I got my expectations here. I would definitely recommend this hotel, if I could I would have given it a 10 star.. situated close to all amenities

Good, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff However, staff quick to take instructions with sweet talk but do not deliver Early morning takeout breakfast requested and confirmed with reception and kitchen staff - and of course, nothing was ready. Disappointed.
